Wild life talk in Ballitore

A talk about the wildlife of Kildare will take place on Thursday 22 August, from the Tanyard in Ballitore.

Organised by Wild Kildare as part of National Heritage Week, the event runs 7.30pm-9pm and participants will look at various habitats and the wildlife that lives in them.

The locations will include bogs, farmland and woodland. There’s no need to book, and the event is free, but the organisers say it is not suitable for children under 12.
