Super lineup for Acoustic Picnic 5

The entertainment lineup for Sunday's Acoustic Picnic 5 is looking very comprehensive indeed, writes Brian Byrne.

The event, which will run in the Bridge Camphill property, including the Farm and Nature Trail, will have attractions located at various places.

The performers include music from the Ballymore Eustace Concert Band, Roy Thompson, Ray Kelly with Kieran Behan and Youth Bands, Tia Burke, Francie O'Brien, Ed Hooke, Mia Phelan-Sweeney and the Kilcullen Gospel Choir.

Other entertainments will be provided by Joe Spring's Magic Show, poetry from Maurice O'Mahony, stories for children from Midsummer Mary, storytelling for all ages with Tim Ditchburn, and the Maintain Hope Facepainters.

All starting at 2pm, all free, and donations gratefully accepted for Maintain Hope.
