Have we room for our past?

Gerry O'Donoghue at Old Kilcullen in 2015.
Is there Room for our Past in our Future? is the title of a talk at Old Kilcullen on Thursday 23 May, writes Brian Byrne.

Continuing a varied series of heritage events that are this year related to the Kilcullen 700 programme, it will be given by Gerry O'Donoghue, who has given talks on the 1798 Rebellion on the site of the major battle there for several successive years.

The event will start at 7.30pm and everybody is welcome.

The next talk in the Town Hall series of 'First Tuesday' heritage events will be on 4 June, on the subject of the explorer Shackleton.
