Armelle and Kenny bread classes for June
The 'hands on' classes will be held at the bakery on Main Street on Saturday 1 June (10am-2pm), Wednesday 5 June (6.30pm-10pm) and Tuesday 18 June (2pm-6pm).
In the classes, Kenny Rorie will demonstrate the French technique of combining the ingredients and working the dough to give light airy breads.
The class costs €50 per person which includes recipes and participants take home the breads they make. Details here.
