Chocolate treats for St Vincent's

Yes, it's Easter time, writes Brian Byrne. But no, all those chocolate eggs are not just for three ladies ...

There's an Easter Party organised in St Vincent's Hospital in Athy today, and Kilcullen's Seniors Committee never forgets our own elderly who are living there.

So Josie Connolly, Anne Moloney and Anne Corrigan have collected three hampers of treats, for which they thank the generosity of Kilcullen people and businesses. They'll be bringing some flowers too, to brighten up the day.
