John Blek in the BAG

Ballymore Acoustic Gigs is delighted to present John Blek on this Irish leg of his Thistle and Thorn launch tour, before he jets off to Europe, early the morning after the show, writes Roy Thompson.

He'll play on Monday, February 11th, Mick Murphy's Bar, Ballymore. Doors 8:30pm. Showtime 9pm sharp. Admission €12.

Blek has released five albums in the last five years. ‘Salt in the Water’ from his current album Catharsis Vol. 1, was nominated for Song of the Year at the International Folk Music Awards 2018 at Folk Alliance International in Kansas City. It’s been a busy few years, tours and recording in Ireland, Europe, UK and USA keep the Irish troubadour busy.
