Art exhibition for Kilcullen 700

An exhibition of original art is being planned as part of the Kilcullen 700 celebrations next year, writes Brian Byrne.

The idea is that anyone in the community can submit something in any media, including painting, drawing, photography, poetry, sculpture or any other kind of creative work.

The theme is 'Kilcullen 700', and all pieces submitted should be framed where appropriate, and must be of A2 size or smaller.

The exhibition is being organised by Conor Williams and Esther Reddy, and it is envisaged that the contributions will be shown in different venues in the town during the month of May.
