Kilcullen Ladies' big home game next weekend

Following on from winning their first ever Kildare Junior A Championship, Kilcullen Ladies now advance to the Leinster Championship for the first time in the club’s history, writes Aidan Gleeson of Kilcullen GAA. The Ragettes have had a brilliant season, reaching a league final before winning seven games from seven in their championship, including a brilliant 5-11 to 3-6 win over Na Fianna in the final.

They now face St Fechin’s from Termonfeckin in Louth in the first round of the Leinster Championship, and the game is at home in Kilcullen this Sunday at 2.30pm. We are hoping this will be a big community event with support from everyone in Kilcullen. The girls have put in a brilliant effort all year so get down to the pitch on Sunday and cheer them on!
