Ciaran Steed wins Duathlon bronze

Ciaran Steed today won a European bronze medal in Ibiza in the age-related Duathlon, writes Liam Walker.

The race was made up of a 5K run, a 20K cycle and a 2K run.

The achievement brings Ciaran's year to a great conclusion.
