Two post offices closing in south Kildare

The Post Offices at Moone and Narraghmore are among 159 which are officially listed by An Post today for closure, writes Brian Byrne.

This is part of a deal which was reached recently between An Post and the Irish Postmasters' Union.

The Ballytore Post Office will handle the business of the two closing in the south county. It is 4.8km from Moone and 6.6km from Narraghmore.
