Kildare U20 All Ireland champions in McTernans today

The victorious Kildare team that are now All Ireland U20 GAA football champions will be in McTernans of Kilcullen this afternoon, from around 2pm, writes Brian Byrne.

The team was captained by Aaron Masterson, son of McTernans owners Mick and Mary Masterson, and beat Mayo 1-18 to 1-16 in the final of the Championship on Sunday.

Anyone who wants to meet the team is very welcome, including youngsters who might want to get autographs from the team members.
