Kilcullen men on tour in the Euros

Kilcullen father and son, Albert and Dave Keenan, pictured below at the European Masters Athletics champions yesterday in Spain.

The conditions were extremely tough for racing in, with high humidity and heat to contend with, but both men ran very well placing well up the field in their respective age categories.

Unfortunately they finished outside the podium positions in the team event also but it was an excellent experience for them both making their Irish team debuts, the first of many to come. Well done Albert and Dave.
