As a resident who contacted the Diary put it, "Thanks guys, hope you enjoyed your day in the sun, now look what we are left with as a result ...

"Not to spoil anyone’s fun, but can you please bring a bag the next time and put your rubbish in it as you have been asked to do so every year? How would you like to wake up to see this blowing around your front door the morning after a sunny day in Kilcullen ... not to mention the danger of the broken glass where children play ball ... a small bit of consideration please."
