Juvenile Academy returns

It’s back! Spring is upon us and for our younger members, it marks the return of the Juvenile academy to Kilcullen GAA, writes Dara Clarke. The first training session of 2018 will take place this Saturday (10th March 2-3pm). GAA is a great opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends and be part of a team, where the focus is on fun.

This year, Registration will also take place in the clubhouse at the same time as the training session. To help with administration, we encourage you to please attend on this day to register your child. Fees for 2018 are as follows: Family Rate €150 per family (for children up to 16 years old, If family consists of teenagers over 18, an additional fee of €30 per person will be charged), Single Child — €60, Student/OAP Rate — €75, Adult Player Rate — €90. Additional Options: Sports Prediction Quiz (Available at Registration cost of €10), Lotto 48 weekly Draws — €90.

Training times will revert to the normal times (10.30-11.30am) in a couple of weeks, unless your child’s mentor informs you otherwise.

The Juvenile Committee Members for the 2018 season are Mark Phelan (Chairperson), Ann Kennedy (Secretary), Shane Crowley, Emma McClaron, Sean Forde, Eamon Wynne, Elaine Schwer, Dara Coleman. We are always looking for help, so if you are interested in mentoring, helping out with refreshments on Saturday morning and have any service to offer, please do get in touch.

As always we welcome new members.
