Another call for Community Awards nominations
On the night local KCA/Tidy Towns winners will be recognised for their work during the year. As well as the Tidy Towns awards, the Community awards will be announced.
The Kilcullen Community Awards are focused on people or groups in the Kilcullen Community area whose voluntary work has significantly enhanced the lives of those in the following sectors: Environmental and Local Community; Children and Youth; Sport; People with disabilities; Older people; Education; and Other.
The awards committee will look at how the nominees have gone beyond their expected role and how their work improves Kilcullen.
This year we are including a contribution of a Business to Community Life award.
If you feel someone in your group fits the attached criteria or has excelled beyond what would be expected or contribute to improving people's lives in Kilcullen, please forward a nomination with the reason for the nomination to kilcullencommunityaction@gmail.com, or by post to Ray Kelly, 1060 Nicholastown, Kilcullen.
