Kilcullen GAA U16s in Championship final today

SCORE UPDATE FROM KILCULLEN GAA: Under 16 A Final full-time: Naas 6-23 Kilcullen 2-5. Hard luck to the Rags but well done on a brilliant achievement getting to an A final. There's no shame in losing to an outstanding Naas side.

(Earlier) Kilcullen GAA supporters will be en masse at St Conleth's Park, Newbridge, this morning for the U16 A Championship final against Naas.

Throw-in at 11.45am for the game, and the Kilcullen lads captained by Jamie Buckley will be hoping to top off their amazing 12 months of achievements — the Mulhall Cup, U15 Kildare Division 3 County, and U16 Kildare Division 2 County League.

There will be a welcome home event for the team in the Kilcullen GAA Clubhouse at 2pm today and all are welcome to attend to celebrate the boys achievements.
