Nicholastown turns out to tidy

There was a great turn out for the annual Nicholastown Estate clean up and Ice cream event recently, writes Ray Kelly.

A large group gathered to clear weeds, rake grass, cut bushes and most importantly have a neighbourly chat and enjoy an ice cream. Star of the night was Judy Halloran who, at 80-plus, was busy giving a hand.

Nicholastown is Kilcullen's oldest estate but it is looking great for its age.
