Anglers seek new juvenile members

The possibility of linking up with other clubs and organisations in town to promote juvenile members was one of the subjects discussed at the recent AGM of Kilcullen Trout and Salmon Anglers, writes Brian Byrne.

A club outing aimed at attracting juvenile members was another idea mooted at the meeting, which was held in O'Connells Bar.

The Committee Members for the 2017 season are Chairman: Bobby Murphy; Treasurer: Kevin Brady; Secretary: Simon Dann; Committee Members: Roy Thompson, Mick Dillon and Liam Stenson.

The club will be seeking help from members for upkeep work on the river over coming months. Licences will be available for sale from late February.
