Record numbers at Lions Table Quiz

There was a full house at the Lions Club Table Quiz in Fallons last Friday night, writes Noel Clare, with a record 23 tables enjoying a fun and sociable night.

A wide range of sometimes challenging questions soon separated the teams with Ray Kelly, Kieran Behan, Fiona Sloan and Gary O'Shaughnessy eventually emerging as winners.

Maurice O'Mahony was the question master and Fallons proved to be an excellent venue. The club would like to thank Brian and staff for looking after them on the night and all who attended, gave spot prizes and helped in any way.
