UPDATE: Water outage in Kilcullen

This morning's water problem in Kilcullen has been partially resolved, writes Brian Byrne. However, some users won't have supply restored until tomorrow morning.

The problem related to a burst water main in town, and Irish Water has been working on the issue since this morning. The supply was affected on Main Street and Riverside as well as Sunbury and across as far as the GAA Club, but there were no problems at the northern and souther ends of town.

As of this evening, there is still no supply to Riverside, and according to the water.ie website the expected time of supply restoration is 9am tomorrow.
