Ragettes beat Larries in Final

Kilcullen Ladies GAA beat old rivals St Laurence's in the local team's first outing in Division 1 in the Minor A County Championship Final, writes Tom Horan

The result in Hawkfield Centre of Excellence, Newbridge, was a super achievement for the Ragettes in what was a very challenging and exciting local derby game on the sidelines as well as the fantastic goal line to goal line action on the pitch.

The Ragettes with their superior fitness and determination against a very strong St Laurence's team, claimed a hard-won victory with 2-14 to 2-10.
