St Bridget's hosts Leinster championships
St Bridget’s Pitch & Putt Club in Kilcullen is hosting Junior and Senior Leinster Inter-County 2016 Championships this weekend, writes Brian Byrne.
The Junior events will be held on Saturday, including teams from Westmeath, Kildare, Monaghan, Meath, Down, Dublin, Carlow and Louth teams in contention.
The Senior games will be on Sunday with Westmeath, Kildare, Offaly, Wexford, Louth, Down, Dublin, and Meath contesting the Gents competition and Offaly, Louth, Dublin and Kildare in the Ladies.
The events tee off at 9am and run through until around 5.30pm each day.
Other grades in the Championships are being played at McDonagh Pitch & Putt Club on the Curragh.
