Planning application for New Abbey Road site

A planning application for the erection of 16 houses in Kilcullen at New Abbey Road has been submitted to Kildare County Council.

The application by Scotpark Ltd proposes the demolition of a derelict structure on the site, and the development of eight terraced houses, six semi-detached houses and two detached houses.

The File Number is 16869 and the application was received by the Council on Tuesday last. Submissions on the proposed development should be made before 19 September 2016.

The application is at pre-validation stage

Scotpark Ltd has its address at 3 Stonehaven, Belvedere Road, Wexford and the director of record is Ciaran Quigley.

The current zoning on New Abbey Road within the town area is for Town Centre. Previous planning permission grants for a Primary Care Centre on a site behind the Hideout were not carried through.
