Cyclists put An Tearmann in 'Leinster Top Five'

‘Three stories of quirky books, crystals and banter assures you will leave with a smile on your face.’ That’s the plug for An Tearmann in a list of five best cafes for a mid-morning cycle spin through Kildare/Dublin/Wicklow, writes Brian Byrne.

The accolade is in the blog of Red Sport cycle products which included our local Camphill cafe in its selection of top establishments in Leinster.

The others are the Framework Cafe in the Cycle Super Store in Tallaght, Swans on The Green in Naas, Straffan Antiques at Barberstown Cross, and Russborough House in Blessington.

Good company indeed for An Tearmann. But of course, we’ve all known about it for a couple of decades …

Red Sport was set up in 2010 by Irish Olympics and World Championships rider Alan Carey.
