CPC pupils in Leinster House on climate change
Four CPC second year students have made a presentation in Leinster House about climate change and its impact.
Jane O'Toole and Evie Ronayne, who spent a week in the African country of Malawi as guests of Concern, incorporated the details of that trip in the presentation. Classmates Sydney Sheridan and Harry Monaghan were co-presenters.
“It was a terrific presentation,” Deputy Fiona O’Loughlin posted on her Facebook page afterwards. She thanked fellow deputies James Lawless, Frank O'Rourke, Margaret Murphy O'Mahony, Mattie McGrath, Maureen O'Sullivan, and Senator Ivan's Bacick, for their attendance and interaction.
