Christmas at Nolans: Let it snow

Cold enough to snow? Well, it is snowing in Kilcullen this morning, writes Brian Byrne. On a small part of Main Street, anyhow.

Specifically outside Nolans Butchers. Courtesy of a snow machine James has installed for the two busiest days before Christmas.

"Christmas at Nolans is not just about providing the best product and service," he told the Diary. "It's also about getting the atmosphere right. So, let it snow ..."

And to keep the atmosphere going, there will be live music in the shop this morning and afternoon, and tomorrow morning too.

The forecast is, more snow, and longer queues tomorrow ... get in there early, and maybe bring your skis.
