The passing of Tom Clarke
The Diary has learned with sadness of the death of Tom Clarke of Grangemore.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Kitty, sons Jim and Tom, daughters Rita, Mary, Carmel, Judy, Anne, Catherine, Helen and Amy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family, other relatives and friends. His music and constant good humour will also be a loss to the community. Tom and Kitty only recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
The funeral arrangements are being managed by PJ Willis, and Tom will be reposing at his home from 1pm tomorrow, Sunday, until the end of prayers beginning at 8pm.
Tom's removal will take place on Monday evening to arrive at Kilcullen Parish Church at 7.30pm. Requiem mass will be celebrated at 11am on Tuesday and burial will follow in Gormanstown Cemetery.
We extend our condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
