Home Instead a great place to work

The Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Ireland has been given the accolade of 'A Great Place to Work', writes Brian Byrne. The Kildare/Laois operations of the organisation are headquartered in Kilcullen.

It was one of 59 Irish organisations celebrated in the recent awards ceremony in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin, which was attended by Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Brendan Howlin TD.

Home Instead Senior Care was named one of the Best Medium Workplaces in the Ireland 2015 list. Amanda Bohan, Owner and Managing Director of Home Instead Senior Care in Kildare and Laois said the award will further fuel efforts to take even better care of clients and promote advocacy for seniors at every opportunity.

"At a time when there is a growing need for senior care, independent assessments and rankings of care providers such as Great Places to Work, will become an invaluable reference tool to help families research care service providers for their loved ones," she said.
