Murphy Surveys opens Dublin innovation centre

Kilcullen based global survey specialists Murphy Surveys has opened an Innovation Office in Upper Pembroke Street in Dublin to showcase to its clients the latest services offered by its team, writes Brian Byrne.

According to MD Raymond Murphy, the new office will keep the company's expanding client base up to date on the latest innovations in surveying available from the company.

"These services will give our clients the knowledge to allow them a competitive edge on a vast array of projects in sectors including infrastructure, industrial, utility, engineering and property." he says.
"With our substantial experience, we understand the challenges faced by our clientele. Our new Dublin office will allow us to react quickly to client requirements and tight programme demands for their projects in the Dublin area.”

Murphy Surveys was established in 1983 and employs more than 200 highly skilled people. The company offers 30 customisable services to meet any unique requirement. It was the first company to use Laser Scanning in Ireland and the company has also developed its own in-house 3D surveying and CAD/Revit modelling techniques. Clients include Intel, the Railway Procurement Agency, the National Road Authority, and Bord Gáis in Ireland; Crossrail, Network Rail, and Thames Water in the UK; as well as ARUP, Crown Estate, RPS Group, Sisk Group, and many others.
