The passing of Gerard Murphy

The Diary has learned of the death of Gerard Murphy, Green Lane, Baltinglass, Co Wicklow and late of Silver Hills, Ballymore Eustace, Co Kildare. Gerard is the brother of our former Parish Priest, Fr Michael Murphy, to whom we extend our heartfelt condolences.

Gerard will be reposing at his residence from 6pm to 10pm Friday evening and Saturday 2pm to 10pm, with prayers at 8 o'clock both evenings. Removal will take place on Sunday morning at 10.45 am to arrive at St Joseph's Church, Baltinglass, for 11 o'clock requiem mass, followed by burial in St Kevin's Cemetery Hollywood.
