Kilcullen should cheer on Toronto Rose

If you're watching the Rose of Tralee this week, the Toronto Rose is connected to Kilcullen.

She's Katie Blundell, whose grandfather was from Frenchpark, Co Roscommon. She is related to the Moloneys, formerly of Main Street, as her grandfather was married to the sister of Miss Kenny and Mrs Peter Moloney.

The Blundell family apparently lived in Kilcullen for some time.
