Town Table Quiz tomorrow night

A reminder that the annual Town Table Quiz takes place tomorrow night, Monday April 7, in Bardons, writes Brian Byrne.

The event begins at 8.30pm, and the usual €10 a head participation fee applies. There will be spot prizes and a raffle as well as prizes for the winning team.

The event was discussed at this week's monthly meeting of KCA, which was told that all is in place. Ray Kelly has compiled the questions and will do Question Master on the night.

Local organisations such as residents associations have been approached to provide teams. Any individuals who turn up without teams will be offered team places on the night.

The Table Quiz is an important element in funding for the work of Tidy Towns in the year.
