Open Evening at Halverstown NS

An Open Evening will be held in St Joseph's NS, Halverstown, on Thursday 21 November, writes Carmel Brown.

The event will take place between 7-9pm, and it is intended that all prospective parents will have the opportunity to view the school building, including the two recently-built classrooms and to chat with the teachers and parents. They will also have a chance to get involved with a variety of activities presented by the pupils and to enjoy a sociable cup of tea thereafter.

Our previous Open Evenings have all been a huge success and, with the plans for our new extension (opening in September 2014) on show, it is hoped that this Open Evening will capture the imagination of parents who will know, all to well, the importance of a warm, secure environment for the education of their children.

This promises to be an enjoyable evening for both new and existing parents and we look forward to welcoming you all.
