Kilcullen stars in food at Village

It says something about the good food offer in Kilcullen that two of the four producers at the summer Chic St Eats in the Kildare Village are from here, writes Brian Byrne.

The outdoor food bar in the centre of the Village feature sea-food specials from Fallons of Kilcullen, and speciality sausages from Jane Russel.

The other providers are Natalie Collins of the Silver Restaurant in Newbridge, who offers gourmet 'Glam' burgers, and desserts from Vie de Chateaux in Naas.

The Chic St Eats initiative is open all weekends in July through August.
