The Nicks holding a Social Night on Friday

Great night promisedNicholastown Residents Association are holding a Social evening on Friday next, 19 July, in Kilcullen Parish Centre, writes Ray Kelly.

The 8pm get-together is for all residents, their relatives and friends to have a chat over a cup of tea and a few cakes.

There will be a small raffle on the night (free) and some music from Glen Smith — husband of Ashling Lame and son-in-law to current residents Clare and Jack. We are assured that certain residents will get up and give us a song or two.

As part of the Green Project currently in progress on the Green, there will be some information on recycling and composting passed out on the night for people to take home with them. An update on the 'Green Space Nature Project' will also be given.

So come along for a few minutes or stay for the night – everyone welcome.
