David's on a promise of winnings at the weekend

There'll be a bit of Kilcullen interest in next Saturday's 'Winning Streak' game show on RTE TV, writes Brian Byrne.

That's because one of the contestants is David Tinsley, who lives in Market Square, and is the son of Tom Tinsley, popular manager of Fallons Cafe Bar & Restaurant.

David is 27, and only got married last year. It's a great time for him to get on a show where you're virtually guaranteed to come home with decent winnings.

Reckon every TV in town will be tuned to the programme, which now has a top prize of €500,000 for whomever Lady Luck fancies best.
