Community Games Talent Show

Kilcullen Community Games recently held their annual Talent Show in the Town Hall, writes Papillon Rabitte.

Congratulations and thanks to the children who took part and treated the audience to a wonderful show of music, song and dance.

Many thanks also, to our judges Teresa O'Loughlin, Jacinta Sully and Teresa Byrne and all who helped out on the day.

The winner in each category will go on to represent Kilcullen in the County competition on 6th April in Carbury GAA club.

Irish Dancing: 1st place - Finlay Mallardo & Caitlin Kennedy; 2nd place - Aimme Curran, Emily Quigley & Ellie Bermudez; 3rd place - Emma Ward, Emma Lawler & Eabha Devaney.

Solo Singing: 1st place - Eleanor Traynor; 2nd place - Molly Aspell; 3rd place - Nadya Dunne; Also competing were Abigail McNamee & Kelly Mangan.

Solo Modern Dancing: 1st place - Eleanor Traynor.

Solo Music: 1st place - Amy Bermudez.

NOTE: The Community Games Swimming Competition takes place today in the Curragh Pool at 6.30pm.
