Application for planning extension

Arquette Ltd has applied for a planning permission granted in 2008 to be extended.

The permission relates to property on Lower Main Street overlooking the River Liffey. It is owned by Sir Anthony O'Reilly.

The property, which had become derelict, was recently refurbished as part of a KCA-promoted visual improvement scheme.

A decision on the application for extension is due in March.
