Great night for Temple Street

There was a full house and a very successful fundraise in Fallons on Friday night last in aid of Temple Street Childrens Hospital, writes Paul Byrne.

The occasion was an Evening with Chef Haughton, who will be taking part in the Route 66 Motorcycle Challenge 2012 which sets off from Chicago on September 20.

Chef Haughton was assisted by Fallons Chef Ursula Doyle on the evening, for which all the food was donated.

The Challenge is held every second year and over €3m has been raised in the five events so far. More than 80 riders will be participating this year.
