Commendation for work on Lr Main Street

The work carried out by Castlemartin Stud staff on the derelict property at Lower Main Street was highly commended at the recent meeting of Kilcullen Community Action, writes Brian Byrne.

It was agreed at the meeting that the work, which is almost completed, has made 'a huge difference' to the streetscape in the area.

A number of other 'black spots' still not deal with were discussed, including the gable walls on Nugents building and the building next to the bank.

Ray Kelly said he would be completing the painting of Phil Lalor's house.
