KCC asked about wall repairs

Kildare County Council has been asked to give a timescale for the repair of the wall in Market Square in Kilcullen, writes Brian Byrne.

The matter is the subject of a motion by Cllr Ivan Keatley, down for discussion at tomorrow week's Athy Area meeting of Kildare County Council.

The wall was damaged in April of last year when a car was driven into it. Nothing has since been done to make it safe beyond the provision of a light barrier.
