AFC take League title again

Kilcullen AFC's second team clinched their second League title in three years with a hard-fought 2-1 win against second-placed Barnhall on last Sunday morning, writes Ray Kelly.

A well-taken Mick Williams penalty and a fine solo effort from Dave Callaghan gave the lads the title after a nervous first half when they went one down.

A great end to a long successful season. Well done to all the players, and managers Mark Farrell and Nicky Kelly.
