Good daffodil pickings!

The recent Daffodil Day collection in Kilcullen in aid of Cancer research was a great success, with 800 euros more raised than in 2007.

The final result was 6,358 euros, and organiser Nuala Collins, on behalf of the Irish Cancer Society, says 'thanks' to all the volunteers who gave their time generously and to everone who donated.
