Babs celebrates 90th
There was a rousing turnout of family and friends for Babs Fitzpatrick's 90th birthday party last weekend.
It was held in the Curragh Golf Club, and Babs herself was by all accounts 'lepping' around on the floor like a 20-year-old throughout the celebrations. And the next day? "Grand," she said. "Maybe just a little bit tired ..."
Word is, many of her co-celebrants were feeling much more worn than that.
