Boxing names

Just looking at your photograph of the boxers. Oh my God, how those lads have grown!!!

Front row: Martin Archibold, Stephen Byrne, Thomas Lawlor, Gerard Tyrell, Eddie Dowling.

Next row back: Maybe first lad could be P Meaney; Don’t know others.

The men (trainers) at the back of the ring are Thomas Lawlor Snr; Mr Doyle?; Joe Orford; ???; Pat Lynch and Billy Aspell.

The young lad to Joe Orford's right is Paul Aspell (Billy’s son).

3rd row: Jody Farrell (Kinneagh/Athgarvan) a guess; Mossy Orford; Paul Aspell.
 
The men are Tommy 'Gonky' Lawlor; Jim Aspell; Joe Orford; Dec Clifford (another guess); Pat Lynch and little Billy.

Brian,

The two taller boxers at the back are Mossy Orford and Jackie Aspell. The two brothers in the middle left of the picture behind the guy with the cup are Jodie and Thomas Farrell from Lorg Lane in Athgarvan. I went to school with both these guys in Athgarvan. I would put the photo around 1976/78
