Main Street property for auction

A guide price of €2.2 million is suggested for a half-acre site including street frontage on Main Street which is to go to public auction.

The rear of the site has views of the Liffey, and there is full planning permission for two retail units on the main street ground floor with three one-bed apartments over.

Planning is also in place for a separate block of two-bed apartments to the rear. The site is Tax Designated.

The date for auction hasn't yet been set, but it will be held in Keadeen Hotel. Further information is available from DNG Dowling Fitzsimons.
