Still on litter

Does anyone passing by a particular corner notice this little teaser?

It's a good thought, and one echoed by the vast, vast majority of us who live here.



A pity though, that we still get this kind of litter on our streets of a Bank Holiday Monday morning. Or any Monday morning ... or Tuesday ... or Wednesday ... and all the other mornings.

(Though Arthur from the Credit Union was waiting, hands heavily gloved, to clear it as we took the pic. A true dedication to the spirit of that little sign ...)
