More coffee room

It's nice to see the changes at An Tearmann, Kilcullen's favourite coffee place.

The gift shop has been cleared to make room for more tables and seats, including comfortable sofas. The Diary understands that the gift shop element will return, but 'mostly upstairs'.

A sign of the times, we suppose, with so many new people in Kilcullen, that coffee shop space is at a premium. The Diary suggests that An Tearmann would now also make a nice venue for an hour or two of Sunday morning jazz?
