WEATHER

Rather cloudy but mostly dry this morning. A band of rain will move over from the south later, bringing some heavy falls at times. The rain will gradually clear northeastwards this afternoon and evening leaving a cloudy but mostly dry evening. Fresh and gusty southeast winds will ease southwesterly later this evening. Highest temperatures of 15 to 17 degrees.
