The passing of Tony McNamee

The Diary has learned of the death of Tony McNamee, Grove Villa, Calverstown, Kilcullen, on 24 June 2024, peacefully at St Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh, following a short illness, in the company of his loving family. Tony's passing is deeply regretted by his wife of 55 years, Mary. 

He is survived by his sons, John, Anthony, Kevin and Colm, and his four adored grandchildren, Abigail, Grace, Ryan and Darragh. He will be sadly missed by his daughter in law, Marie, Evelyn, sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Tony will be reposing at his residence on Wednesday 26th from 2pm to 8pm, with prayers at 7:30pm. His Requiem Mass will take place in the Church of Ss Mary & Laurence, Crookstown on Thursday 27 June at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private please at all other times.
